Meet Our Pastor

Bishop Anthony C. Williams is the founder and senior pastor of Living Vision Ministries in Dallas, Texas. A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, he began studying the Bible at 14, seeking a deeper understanding of Christianity.

At 18, he joined the United States Navy, preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide. Recognizing his dedication, the Navy appointed him a lay minister over Gospel Ministries on naval vessels and installations. While stationed in Sigonella, Italy, he was licensed and ordained as a minister. After completing his military service, he returned to the U.S. and was ordained as an Elder.

With 30 years of ministry experience, Bishop Williams is known for his detailed, engaging preaching style that blends biblical truths with real-life application. A retired Navy veteran, he has traveled to over 37 countries, spreading the Gospel and earning numerous awards and accolades.

Bishop Williams is married to the love of his life, Modesta, and they have five children and four grandchildren.

He stands firmly on Acts 27:25 (KJV):
"Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God that it shall be even as it was told me."

His favorite scripture remains Isaiah 6:1-3, reflecting his lifelong commitment to proclaiming the Gospel.
